Meet Our Staff

Vince Robinson has served as the "Enterprise Facilitator" in Lincoln County since April, 1990. Vince is adept and experienced at leading clients through the maze of decisions, red tape, and paperwork required to open or expand a business.

What Vince Does . . .

LCEDC provides its services to entrepreneurs through Vince. He provides individual clients with one-to-one assistance in every phase of business development, including:

  • Prototype development.
  • Licensing and permit information.
  • Recordkeeping systems.
  • Market research.
  • Business plan development
  • Setting goals.
  • Financing options.

And How He Does It . . .

Most entrepreneurs are often unaware of the services available to assist them in their ventures. Vince works to:

  • Help the client determine feasibility of the project.
  • Identify potential market niches.
  • Identify resources to assist in accomplishing the client's goals.
  • Work directly with the entrepreneur throughout business establishment or expansion.
  • Provide ongoing technical support, advice, and assistance to new and existing businesses.
  • Increase leveraging capacity for businesses in Lincoln County by building coalitions with Economic Development Authorities (EDAs), partnerships among related business interests, and ongoing friendly relations with lenders of all kinds.
  • Take a personal interest in each client and fill a gap by maintaining an extensive network with other available services. This provides access to resources that may otherwise be unknown to individual entrepreneurs.
  • Encourage leadership and coalitions of helping agencies throughout the county and beyond.
